Spatial Medicine studies how posture, emotion, stress, breath, and environment shape our structure and our state. It recognises that movement is not just mechanical — it’s relational.
Manual Therapy is one way of working within this model — using hands-on awareness to help the body release tension, find balance, and return to natural alignment.

For over twenty years I’ve worked in fitness, movement, and rehabilitation — supporting people through strength development, recovery, pain management, and embodied wellbeing.
My own story shapes my practice: born with a chronic bone condition and having undergone multiple corrective surgeries, I learnt early that healing isn’t linear — and it’s never just physical.
True alignment requires patience, safety, and space.
This isn’t just what I do. It’s an extension of who I am and the purpose I serve.
