I work with a diverse range of individuals who value their wellbeing and want to feel more capable, connected, and at ease in their body.
This includes athletes and dedicated movers looking to optimise performance, recover well, and maintain longevity in their training. It also includes active people from all walks of life — those managing persistent tension, returning from injury, or seeking to move with more freedom, confidence, and strength.
Regardless of your background or fitness level, the focus is the same: supporting your body to function better, move better, and feel better in a way that truly lasts.
Some people come because they’re navigating stress, overwhelm, or the physical echoes of past emotional strain. Modern life places a load on the nervous system, and pain is not always purely structural. Sometimes the body holds experiences in ways words never quite reach. In our work together, we honour the whole person — not just the symptom — creating space for the body to soften protective patterns, unwind tension, and reconnect with safety, breath, and grounded presence.
My approach meets you where you are. You don’t need to fit a category or look a certain way. You simply need a willingness to listen to your body and explore change. Whether your goals are performance-driven, pain-related, or rooted in a deeper desire to reconnect with your physical and emotional self, this space is here to support you — with skill, sensitivity, and respect for your unique journey.
It varies from person to person, depending on your goals, lifestyle, and how your body responds to treatment.
Some clients feel noticeable improvement after one session. Others benefit from a short series to restore mobility, reset patterns, and create lasting change. Many athletes and high performers incorporate treatment as part of their maintenance routine, keeping their body moving well and reducing injury risk.
Some people enjoy regular or semi-regular sessions as proactive pre-habilitation, and others come periodically for support during training blocks, stressful periods, or times of increased physical demand.
There are also clients who choose to go deeper — gradually unwinding long-standing tension, compensatory patterns, and tissue restrictions built up over years. This process can unfold as a journey of reconnecting with movement, breath, and the body’s natural organisation.
There is no single correct way to work — your body, your pace, your goals. We’ll discuss what feels right for you, and you always remain in control of your treatment plan.
Most clients are treated in their underwear, similar to physiotherapy or sports manual therapy settings. You will be covered with warm, comfortable mink blankets, and professional draping is used at all times.
If you prefer to remain clothed, treatment can still be performed — your comfort and safety always come first.
Payment can be made via PayID or cash at your appointment. Full payment is required on the day, unless otherwise discussed with Andy.
Private health rebates are available for remedial massage, depending on your health fund and level of cover. Please check with your insurer to confirm your eligibility. A receipt will be provided so you can claim your rebate directly with your fund.
I understand life happens and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so the time can be offered to someone else in need.
There is no strict penalty system; I simply ask for consideration and clear communication. Please don’t take advantage of this flexibility — it exists so we can support each other respectfully and sustainably.
If late cancellations become frequent, a deposit or cancellation fee may be introduced on a case-by-case basis.
Thank you for valuing this time and helping me continue to offer availability to the community.
